Subaru Outback Replaces F-150
It is a sad day again in Detroit. I traded in my Ford F-150 SCrew for 2010 Subaru Outback 3.6R.
I needed something that I could park downtown, bomb to the ski slopes, throw a mountain bike in the back, and also schlep Olivia and all of her entourage. I think this is going to be a great "car" and will be around until I basically shoot it.
The cool thing about electronics, is that they trickle the aftermarket stuff that works to the OEM components. Take for example the iPod sync with the stock headunit. This was a $1,400 aftermarket upgrade in 2006. Now that this is standard with the Navi option, it actually makes sense to buy the stock stuff! Well almost....its still doesnt play DVDs while I drive (like the Ford tough unit), but I guess I will have to survive.
Nice comfy interior seats with cool LED interior lights...
